Octagon are based in Glenwood High School, Glenrothes, Fife.
Classes are Tuesday & Friday evenings.
Juniors.... 6.00pm till 7.00pm
Seniors.... 7.00pm till 8.30pm.

A little bit of background,
The Octagon have been running since Friday January the 8th 1999. The club is instructed by Vince Caira 3rd Dan. Our club is comparatively new but some of the guys and dolls have the been around for a long time. We at the octagon like to make you feel welcome and give you a feeling of self belief and achievement. Our club has a strong family feel with lots of mums, dads and their kids all sweating away for the greater cause. Remember karate is not just for the kids or super athletes, Karate is a sport for all. So if you would like to become that all conquering super athlete or you would just like to loose a few pounds then come along and join our club. Need  to know more; Contact; Vince Caira

Our club is growing week by week. We train hard and it will only be a matter of time before we are a well established club.

The Scottish Karate Federation.

The Scottish Karate Federation (SKF).
Originally the 'Wado-Ryu Karate Committee (Scotland).
Was established on Thursday 17th December 1970, By nine karate students. Three of whom are Currently still active members of the SKF Hamish Adam (7th Dan), Colin Clapperton (7th Dan) and Alan Spence (5th Dan).
The SKF has grown to become the largest Individual karate organization in the country - With a membership well in excess of 3000 karateka and over 80 clubs.
